Pregnancy Photography Session in Hampstead Heath – London Maternity Photography

I met this gorgeous mother and father to be back in July for a pregnancy photography session in Hampstead Heath London. She was completely radiant and glowing with only a few weeks to go before meeting her new baby. The afternoon was perfectly warm, the wildflowers were in bloom, and the sun even peeked out for a few minutes during the session. We spent the session walking and playing in the overgrown grasses and then taking a stroll down to one of the heath’s ponds, first focusing on the couple together and then taking some individual maternity portraits. This was the first time I had done a photography session in Hampstead Heath and I was impressed with the variety of the scenery as well as the vast sprawling meadows–such a unique find in an otherwise urban city, and so perfect for a pregnancy photography session (or any type of session for that matter)! We have since done a newborn photography session and a separate family photography session and I will hopefully be sharing both on the blog soon. I’m also currently waiting for several albums showcasing all three of the family photography sessions–if I have a chance am hoping to take some photos of those as well :) Here are some of my favorite shots from our pregnancy photography session:
